What to expect with your service:
1. Booking a cleaning
Use our secure, online booking form to get an instant quote and request a home cleaning service. Just let us know where you’re located, what you’d like done and when you’d like us to come by.
2. Once you've booked
Our customer support team will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and answer any questions you might have.
3. Before your service
If you’re home is cluttered, please ensure that you’ve is picked up before our arrival so that we can clean all surfaces properly. If the home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive buildup, we suggest adding the flat-rate “deep clean” extra to the booking to ensure we’re scheduled sufficient time for the cleaners to get to every nook and cranny.
4. When we arrive
If you won’t be home at the time of the service, please make arrangements with customer support for a key to be left.
If you will be home, we’ll greet you when we arrive and then get down to business. If there are any fur friends in the home, please take the time to introduce them to the cleaners, if this is your first appointment.
5. While we're there
Any work performed outside the regular scope such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service. This applies to any situation, which would prevent us from initiating the cleaning process at arrival.
6. Once we're done
You’ll receive a form to provide feedback after every cleaning service. We won’t take payment until we know you’re happy, so if something was missed or there’s anything we could have done better, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll come back and make it right.
